Peter Force has worked in the advertising industry for almost 400 years.

He studied art at the internationally renowned Townsville TAFE College in Far North Queensland, Australia, spent a few years in Melbourne scribbling ads for a local newspaper and then moved to London where he was snapped up as an illustrator by Saatchi and Saatchi Advertising.

Peter returned to Australia with an outrageous British accent, secured a position at a small advertising agency in Sydney, and after years of being paid in bottle tops and pornographic magazines was headhunted by Saatchi and Saatchi Advertising, New Zealand.

Once there, he honed his skills as an international award-winning copywriter, art director, ski-bum and father.

After a sudden and surreal mid-life crisis, Peter formed a band, founded a musical genre know as middle-aged angst and embarked on a tour that included such musical hotspots as Dubbo and New Plymouth.

He then became a freelance advertising creative and turned his attention to scriptwriting.

Peter has since written, directed and sold short film scripts, and was chosen as a semi-finalist at the prestigious Nicholl Fellowship feature screenwriting competition held by the Oscars.

He is a story and ideas specialist who concepts, writes and art directs, and if prompted, will even sing songs.
